It can get noisy at night from the lively area, which might jar you from a good sleep, though ear plugs are provided. Also, the structure of the hotel feels like it straddles the line between four and five stars. amenities like room service felt overpriced given the quality. Lastly, I faced some confusion with two reception areas, making check-in a tad awkward.
